For shipping within Australia LEERDO uses Australian Registered Post and courier service such as Couriers Please.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 Days
Express Shipping: 1-4 Days
SHIPPING OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
For shipping outside Australia LEERDO uses Australian Registered Post.
Standard Shipping: 5-7 Days
Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated and collected from Australia Post.
As we cannot guarantee the service of Australia Post being 100% accurate at all times.
LEERDO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Please ensure that your allocated delivery address is attended and that there will be someone to sign for delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise stated.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at email@example.com
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
You can track your parcel by the provided tracking number in the confirmation email.
As we are a Consignment store at heart, some of the items purchased online are held with interstate consignors. In the case your item is owned by an Interstate consignor, the item will be shipped to us for authentication first and then we will express ship out to the customer from there.
Purchases placed on a weekday will be processed within 72 hours of the next business day. Purchases placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 72 hours of the next business day.
All orders will then be dispatched from LEERDO within 5-7 working days (Due to COVID 19).
In the case of any delay to processing or dispatching times, you will be notified by email.
Please ensure the email address entered in the checkout is attended and checked.
ITEM CANCELLATION DUE TO ERROR OR AVAILABILITY
In the rare event that;
A sold-out item has been purchased; OR
A product has been listed at the incorrect price or listed with incorrect descriptive information or image due to a typographical error or similar genuine mistake
LEERDO reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
You will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered either a suitable replacement or full refund. (Whichever is preferred)
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.
If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. If your order has already been shipped LEERDO accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
Please note we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

All prices indicated and payments processed on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
This site ONLY ships within Australia.

We ONLY accept payments through Paypal and credit card payments.
LEERDO guarantees the authenticity of every item sold, every item has been check by our staff to ensure that all items are authentic.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Unfortunately, All SALES are FINAL. Once order is placed on Leerdo.com there will be no Cancellations and Refunds. We are unable to do any exchanges or swaps. As we are consignment store, our consignor are paid after the sale have been made. For this reason we are very strict with our refund policy.
We are happy to provide you with a full refund if the item sent to you is wrong. We will check if goods meet ALL of the below conditions:
- You have contacted us and requested a return form.
2. We have reviewed and accepted your return request.
3. The item is returned to us within 7 days of delivery within Australia.
4. The item is returned in original condition (e.g. unworn, unwashed, still in original packaging including any paper and original tags attached)
5. The return is accompanied with original proof of purchase documentation.
6. Items must be shipped back within a postal box, items CAN NOT be shipped in bags (unless they were shipped originally in a bag).
IF your return does not meet ALL of the above requirements, the items will NOT be accepted for return.
LEERDO reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS
If you have A), Tried on the item in-store and have been satisfied of the fit, look or design of the item then we will not accept any returns. If you have B) Purchased the item on the behalf of someone and made an error with the sizing or design then we hold the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
,HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return form, quoting your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return.
You will receive a return form once a staff member has collected all of the above information from you.
You must then immediately send your return back to the address provided in the email
LEERDO do not cover any postage costs associated with returns, all costs associated with returning items to us are at the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure you post back your return package using a traceable service as LEERDO will not be held liable for any lost packages.
