It took 6 weeks to arrive but that’s expected to be coz of the demand. The leerdo team has been really patient with my enquiries and have a great customer service. Definitely worth it.

Understanding the global chip shortage. My order took longer than was expected. Leerdo however always responded to my emails of concern and did their best to get my order to me as soon as they could.

Took a bit to come but worth it all in the end, the graphics are outstanding and so much smoother.

Found Leerdo trying to look for sites that sold PS5. Was a little skeptic at first but decided to trust the reviews. You have to prompt them for updates but they are pretty friendly so all good. All in all it took about 5 weeks from purchasing to getting delivered and that's pretty good considering COVID and all. Thanks!

I live in WA and wasn’t really convinced I’d even get a PS5 as they’re are so hard to get. I ordered this item mid jan and didn’t receive it until the end of Feb. So a bit of a wait but I did get a PS5 and I love it. Definitely would recommend. The leerdo team were somewhat helpful in moving my order along after inquiring about when I would receive it.

Ordered mine in the 20th Jan, long wait for it to come upto brissy but all in all i got it now, it was worth the wait can’t wait to jam this, THANK YOU LEERDO

The console took a few weeks to get dispatched but when it was I saw it within a week. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

Other then the fact it took 2 months to get here I absolutely love it it was a gift for my partner and his over the moon about it

My son was over the moon when he finally got to open his PS5. I thought it was a scan as I wasn't getting any answers back when I was asking about the shipping. Shipping took forever but it has finally arrived.

My son loves it? I know they take time, but it was worth it am glad I ordered from Leerdo. Customer service was great, I know they take time to respond but they reply you back. Postage very slow but it arrived finally

Thank you so much . I was worried as I hadn’t been able to secure PS5 through Harvey Norman, EB Games, JB HiFi etc and had been trying for 12 months . I knew nothing about Leerdo but could see from some reviews that you were recommended. I took the punt and thank you so much. The order was placed on the 28 Nov and it arrived on the 22 Dec. There was tracking advice all the way and txt message contact to assure me all was good. I recommend Leerdo.

Had to pay well above recommended retail for this item but this was to be expected if I wanted the item with a 5 day turn around, this is the world we live in with COVID. The 5 day turn around turned into close to 35days but couriers and Australia Post have had delays so I wasn’t expecting a 5 day turn around from the beginning. The annoying part is I have ordered items from the UK and had them at my front door within 7 days during same period so work it out? Having said all this apart from delays Leerdo them selves delivered exactly what they advertised and yes I would use them again . Thanks Leerdo!

I've been waiting so long for PS5, Ordered on 30 nov, it's finally in my house on 20 december. it's totally new and worth price and wait. i absolutely recommend that website to my friends and family .They also reply fast and help you with your order. i've already purchased GTAV AND JURASSIC WORLD REVOLUTION 2 before purchasing PS5, always looking the games cover and disc and think about when im going to play those games in my PS5 and it's dream come true just because of Leerdo otherwise i still be looking on out of stock pages on Ebgames, BigW, etc it's better to order from that website and wait for 15 days rather than always checking other retailers shop which always out of stock. Order from that website and it's gonna take 15 days almost to process, 1 day express delivery. 120/100 to all the staff members for providing their services.

My son has been waiting for a PS5 for a few years. When I got a tax refund , we purchased one from Leerdo. I had never heard of them before but they were the only shop that had supply. After a few weeks of not hearing anything, I phoned and got onto a very helpful employee who assured me the PS5 was on its way. Sure enough, we received it in tip top condition and just in time for the Christmas school holidays! Great job and would recommend the company without hesitation.

I guess my main thing to say was that was my main concern is they are a real business? And I want to say yes they are as our PlayStation has now arrived. It took a bit longer than I expected but they answered my email and the product arrived within the time frame they said in that email.

My son missed the pre orders for the PS5 twice, he was devastated, searched everywhere & found it on Leerdo guaranteed delivery before Xmas & it’s here today! The PS5s sold by Leerdo are indeed Legit. You don't need to stress that you're being scammed. You will get your ps5, eventually. The processing time right now is downright dreadful and you will be waiting at least 7 business days, probably longer. I waited for 11 business days before they shipped my ps5 despite the processing time being advertised as 5-7 business days when I ordered (they've now changed it to 7-10 days). Their communication is not the best but they will get back to you right away if you PHONE. I had to chase them to get an update several times as my processing time went over their original estimates with no update from them until I emailed. NOW that is the only negatives I have and to be honest I guess a lot of businesses have weak communication and slow processing times right now due to covid so you might be able to forgive them that. What you do need to know is that Leerdo are very polite and they do care about their customers. They were very polite despite me getting very annoyed with the delay. They shipped the order out using Couriers Please and it ARRIVED IN 3 DAYS!! I would buy from Leerdo again despite the small issues I had because they are a good business that provided me a PS5 in perfect NEW in box condition and in working order. It was packed very well in a thick parcel with packing materials to keep it from being damaged. I set it up today and it's working perfectly, no issues. I highly recommend you get a PS5 from Leerdo if you aren't keen to wait forever to try and fight bots for one at Amazon/Big W/Target etc. You will get your PS5 in around 2 business weeks from when you ordered. Considering that most PS5s on eBay are more expensive and you never know if they are a scammer...you would be better off trusting Leerdo. You can even use Paypal/Afterpay/Zip/Klarna etc to pay which all have Buyer Protection so you're protected no matter what. Don't hesitate, get yourself a PS5 from Leerdo TODAY! I have recently bought a PS5 Disc version from here. I found out about this place from google , and made the purchase after reading favorable reviews and the fact that it has a physical store in Melbourne . Leerdo is legit and my PS5 came as advertised . While they were not the best in communications ( emails are ignored , phones not always answered) , but when you get them on the phone , I did get the update I requested. While I was not so lucky like some other reviewers to get it so quick ( Someone got in in 1 day!) , I waited about 6 days working days for a tracking number , and another 7 business days for delivery . In total , I waited slightly more than 2 weeks from the time of purchase . From my experience , Leerdo delivers as promised. I am also a sneaker head so would consider buying from them in future. I just wish they improve their communications to calm our anxiety as we are paying a huge premium for a much sough after product with so many fakes in the market. 4/5 STARs

I did make an initial complaint, however the owner contacted me after my complaint and assured me the stock was being arranged. True to his word, the stock arrived..
